Abstract :
Studies show that biocompatible and biodegradable materials in tissue engineering can be used to heal wounds. The aim of this study was to fabricate polyurethane scaffolds and royal jelly and hyaluronic acid by electrospinning method to obtain a scaffold that has suitable biological properties for wound healing in vitro and in vitro. In this experimental-applied study, to make a nanofiber scaffold, first 10% w / w of polyurethane was dissolved at room temperature for 2 hours. Royal jelly in various proportions and hyaluronic acid (1 w / w) was added to the polyurethane solution and electrospinning. 6% by weight of royal jelly was made by electrospinning method. Fiber scanning electron microscope images showed uniform and unbonded fibers. The diameter of the scaffold fibers was 8.546 nm. The toxicity test also showed no toxicity of the scaffold, Royal jelly improved the proliferation and cell adhesion of the scaffold. The content of 1% by weight of hyaluronic acid and 6% by volume of royal jelly was studied for the first time and the results of Bronten and Daronten studies of this study show that this scaffold can be a good candidate for skin tissue engineering and wound healing.
