Abstract :
Summary A smart building is a building that incorporates a dynamic and cost-effective environment by integrating the four basic elements of systems, structure, services, management, and the relationship between them. Green building, on the other hand, is a term used around the world and has become synonymous with sustainability. However, this shared connection does not mean that all green buildings are actually sustainable. Today, in authorized buildings, with the help of advanced and sophisticated controllers, energy loss can be reduced by reducing the number of equipment. Widespread concerns about energy conservation, global warming, and the depletion of the planet s non-renewable resources have led to the development of green buildings, not only as a luxury and well-being, but also as an undeniable necessity for the preservation of life. The land is considered. Due to the importance of the issue on a global scale, many countries are determined to develop these buildings. In this study, an attempt has been made to identify the most important obstacles and risks against the implementation and expansion of green buildings in Iran, and then prioritize these barriers through hierarchical analysis based on distributional questionnaires among experts and specialists. This study seeks to answer the main question: (What is the risk of implementation in green buildings in sustainable development with the AHP approach based on the energy level of building materials?). The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges, contexts and benefits of green building implementation risk approach in achieving sustainable development and identify indicators affecting the design of smart green buildings in order to save energy. This article also examines how to save energy in smart green buildings.
