Abstract :
Manifestations of anxiety in children s behavior can be observed and measured, especially in situations such as exams, painting, playing, loving in public, staying at school. Incidentally, in the last academic year, I had such a situation in one of my students named Mohammad. I met Hossein. He was nervous about public speaking. And in general, he was not calm at all and could not advance in class activities... This factor made me follow this problem and try to fix it as much as possible. After investigation, I found that one of the most important causes of this student s anxiety was his dependence on his family, especially his father, and his fear of class and school. and talking with them in the field of creating a calm atmosphere in the family, improving the relationship between parents and children, knowing the conditions and situations that cause anxiety and trying to eliminate it, as well as establishing an intimate relationship with my students and friendly talks and help from experienced counselors. I tried to calm the anxiety and fear and bring my student to a certain level of comfort. One of the basic problems of students at home and school is anxiety. Anxiety can be considered a common emotional state, so that we all remember periods or situations in our lives in which we were more or less anxious. From the point of view of psychiatry, anxiety can be defined as: restlessness, panic and unpleasant fear or feeling of imminent danger whose source is unknown.
