Evaluation of scientific outputs in the field of Islamic art in the ISC database (Islamic World Science and Technology Reference and Monitoring Institute)

Abstract :
    Introduction: In the present research, it is an attempt to review the articles in the field of Islamic art in the indexed journals of the Citation and Monitoring Institute of Science and Technology of the Islamic World (ISC), and answer questions such as what is the status of Iranian research in the field of Islamic art in the said database. will be Also, introducing the best magazines and articles in this field is one of the other questions of this research. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the scientific productions of Iranian researchers in the field of Islamic art. Research method: This is a descriptive research that, based on scientometric indicators, examines the statistical community of 2072 documents produced by Iranian researchers in the field of Islamic art indexed in the Islamic World Science and Technology Citation and Monitoring Institute (ISC). By analyzing the data in Excel software, the top articles and authors in this field were identified. Findings: The findings of the research showed that Tabriz University of Islamic Art and Tarbiat Modares University are the top organizations with the most records in terms of science production in the desired field. Also, the relevant results showed that scientific outputs in the field of Islamic art are increasing
