Abstract :
    Artificial intelligence is one of the new technologies that has created a lot of potential in the field of urban development. This technology can help solve problems and improve urban conditions, and also create and facilitate urban changes. But these urban changes have also created new legal issues that need to be examined and legal solutions. This article has used the descriptive-analytical research method with the aim of investigating legal solutions for managing urban changes caused by artificial intelligence. The results of this article show that artificial intelligence can have positive effects on citizenship rights, property rights, environmental rights, security rights and competition rights in sustainable cities. But these positive effects are also possible under the condition of observing legal principles and rules. Therefore, this article suggests that in order to manage the urban changes caused by artificial intelligence, it is necessary to review and update the existing legal rules and regulations, as well as establish new rules and regulations to protect the rights of citizens and regulate urban relations in the form of artificial intelligence.
