Abstract :
In relationships between people, when a person commits something to another, he must fulfill it, and if he fulfills his commitment, then if two people owe each other, despite the necessary conditions, the two debts will be cleared together, and when the clearing is realized, Two religions will disappear. The legislator s efforts in facilitating people s relationships are manifested in different ways. Clearing is one of the measures that is responsible for preventing the delay of mutual payments process. When two people owe each other an amount of money or the performance of an obligation of the same type, they are cleared against each other with the necessary conditions. The legislator and the doctrine have set conditions for the execution of the clearing, which are the union of gender, time and place of payment.
