Abstract :
    The implementation of construction projects in each region increases the welfare and economic indicators of that region. Therefore, the occurrence of delays in such projects causes the postponement of productivity and irreparable economic damage. Therefore, investigating and identifying the factors that cause delays and prioritizing and determining the impact of each of them on the main goals of the project, i.e. cost, time and quality, can help project managers to provide a suitable solution to control and reduce these delays. . Since many of the studies conducted in this field are related to a specific region, organization or project, in the present research, an attempt has been made to investigate the problems of the project in general by collecting data in both library and field methods. civil works in different fields.
