Abstract :
Summary
Health and safety risks during construction are predictable and preventable. Compliance with the rules and regulations related to safety, protection and health prevents the emergence of accidents in construction workshops; compliance with these regulations becomes doubly important when real estate is located in the vicinity of construction workshops. Observance of bylaws, guidelines, rules and laws can provide and guarantee the health, life and financial security of residents and owners of surrounding properties, especially adjacent and opposite properties during construction operations. Operations such as digging pits, unloading construction materials, Earthworks, concreting, etc. are examples of high-risk operations with the ability to create environmental pollution and a suitable platform for disturbing the surrounding properties. According to Article 40 of the Constitution, construction operators must respect the rights of citizens, residents, and owners of surrounding properties by not resorting to the rule of abuse of rights.
In this article, we will study and analyze the regulations related to safety, protection and health in construction operations and at the end we will present some results.
