Abstract :
    Internationalization of small businesses is a main factor in economic development and growth of the economic unit. Internationalization is beneficial for the economic development and welfare of countries and gaining international reputation. Internationalization is an important strategic option for the growth of small economic units. Various theories have described why the participation of an economic unit in international activities and the role and impact of entrepreneurs in this process. The entrepreneur as a key variable in the internationalization of small businesses as a decision maker in the economic unit. The entrepreneur as an important element in the international strategies of an economic unit and as a center in describing the international performance of the economic unit. is. The importance of factors related to human capital that affect organizational efficiency in international conditions and in relation to larger companies, especially in the senior management team and executive directors, is emphasized. According to the stair theory, organizational results including strategic options and performance level are predicted according to the characteristics of managerial history. Other researchers have expressed their opinions in relation to international conditions and have focused on international orientation and international experiences of senior management team inconsistency. In this article, we have investigated the effects of data modeling and analysis on business.
