Abstract :
    This research has investigated the effectiveness of short-term in-service training for educators in the 2nd district of Ahvaz from the point of view of primary and first secondary teachers in order to determine how far those who take these courses can To solve the problems of education and transformation of schools and the progress of students academic affairs to be effective. Accordingly, four research questions have been proposed. The statistical population of the research is all primary school teachers and first secondary school teachers in the 4th district of Ahvaz city in the academic year 1401-1400. Their number is equal to 1783 people. The sample size based on the estimation formula with default parameters is 316 people. The random sampling method is simple. To collect research data, a short-term courses effectiveness questionnaire (made by the researcher) was used, which was distributed and collected among 316 samples of elementary school teachers and first secondary school teachers of the 2nd district of Ahvaz. In order to analyze the information from Spss22 software, descriptive statistics indicators (mean, mean and average, frequency, etc.) were used and for inferential analysis, one-sample t-test was used, and by confirming the research hypotheses, it was shown that in-service training The short-term educational program for elementary teachers and first secondary teachers of the 2nd district of Ahvaz has been effective.
