Prioritization of dialysis department equipment to improve the reliability level using fuzzy multi-criteria decision making

Abstract :
    The current research aims to provide a model for prioritizing hospital equipment for inclusion in the maintenance and repair program. From the point of view of practical purpose, this research is a survey method in terms of data collection and analytical-mathematical in terms of method. The statistical population of this research is those responsible for the maintenance and repair of hospitals in Alborz province. Among these, according to the characteristics of being experts, three medical equipment engineers, one electronic and precision instrument engineer, one electrical engineer, four electronic engineering associates, and five public hospital managers were used as samples. The weights of the indicators were determined by the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, the results of which were included in the developed fuzzy TOPSIS method for prioritizing dialysis department equipment. The results showed that the priority of the equipment of the dialysis department was based on the four main indicators of value, nature, amount, and conditions of activity and not sub-indexes that were obtained in two rounds of the fuzzy Delphi method, so that the priority related to UPS, the priority Second, reverse osmosis and third dialysis machine.
