Predicting the Amount of Wood Waste in a Sloping Forest

Abstract :
    Understanding the effect of slope gradiant on coarse woody debris amount is one of the main goals at present days. Woody debris include a component of food net and spatial structure of forest ecosystems, so forest researchers, biologists and ecologists have special view to it. Most of the studies about coarse woody debris concentrated on their amount, dynamics and function. This study conducted with the aim of assessing the amount of coarse woody debris. In this study, the amount of coarse woody debris from different species evaluated. The results of study showed that the amount of coarse woody debris from logging operation on forest floor are 3.8m3.
