Abstract :
Two problems of sea level rise and the ever-increasing global population mean that it is increasingly difficult to build enough housing for everyone. because As the sea level rises, the land area submerged in water increases. Due to the decrease in the inhabitable land area, the carrying capacity of the human population declines. This is why many progressive thinkers are trying to exploit water as a viable location for human life. The purpose of this research is to provide a suitable platform under the sea for human life in the future when life on land has grown grim. In this research, the future research is in the field of human habitation with regard to the changes in the way of life in the future, which has been done by combining Mannermaa s descriptive method to look at the future and the scenario-based method to build the future and flexible architecture has been used as a responsive architecture (characteristic of the future) and bionic architecture as a research approach. Since the Coastal regions are facing a paradigm shift in terms of the precedent they set for architecture and urban planning. It is imperative that we design buildings intended to adapt to the inevitable future and of course, it gives us an opportunity to exploit the water’s magic and to pursue the utopian dream of living on the sea.
