Abstract :
    Intentional murder is one of the most severe crimes and according to the severity of the crime, it also carries a heavy punishment. In the classification of crimes, this crime is presented as a intense crime And after hearing the word intentional murder , bloody crimes come to mind. Among the various examples of intentional murder, honor killings have drawn a bloodier concept and it evokes the most violent family behavior. Although the murder of women and girls by the men of the family has taken more statistics in terms of quantity but the intentional killing of the father of the family (husband), sons, brothers and other male members of the family by other members should not be ignored. The intentional murder of the husband by the wife, the murder of the father of the family by the children, the murder of the male children of the family by the parents or other family members are all examples of this special type of intentional murder. In addition to the mentioned examples, the killing of Aggressor to family members should also be counted among honor killings. In the criminal laws of our country, Iran, the punishment for this type of intentional crime is deprivation of life, which is legislated in Sharia law and related laws but in honor killings of family girls, the tolerance and even forgiveness of parents saves the killer from revenge. And in some customs and ethnicities, the killer of this type of murder is also introduced as a hero. In these cases, the criminal laws also have no other way to punish the murderer except for punishing the murderer from the general aspect of the crime. Murder in bed is another example of honor killing which leads to the exoneration of the murderer only if all conditions are met, and otherwise there is no difference between the punishment of the husband and other intentional murderers.
