Abstract :
The aim of the current research is to investigate the technologies of the Industry 4.0 revolution on the circular economy by explaining the intermediary role of supply chain integration. This research is descriptive-survey based on the purpose of applied research and based on the method of data collection. This research uses a causal research design with a correlation study design in a non-artificial environment. The statistical population of this research includes all managers of manufacturing companies in Rasht Industrial Town; A total of 136 companies were selected as a research sample using the available non-probability sampling method. To collect research data, a standard questionnaire containing 20 questions was designed. The validity of the questionnaire was checked by the experts and the reliability in this study was verified by Cronbach s alpha coefficient and composite reliability, which was over 0.7. Also, research data and research hypothesis testing were done through descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS version 25 and Smart PLS version 3 software. The results showed that at the 95% confidence level, the implementation of smart production technologies and data processing technologies has a positive and significant effect on the integrity of the supply chain and the circular economy. The integration of the supply chain has a positive and significant effect on the circular economy. Also, supply chain integration positively and meaningfully mediates the relationship between smart manufacturing technologies and data processing technologies with circular economy.
