Abstract :
    Abstract: In the present stressing and difficult world, urban life has confronted so many challenges, which the absence of happiness is one of them. However, some theorists believe that a happy city cannot be made only with happy citizens. This article aims to have a comparative survey on happy city indexes and the amount of their relation to the Municipalities tasks in Iran.A library method has been used, and the survey has been carried out using the mentioned indexes for the Happy City. the results demonstrated that according to not passing the united urban management Law in Iran Legislative system, and the limitations of the municipalities tasks, they cannot plan their projects to fulfill these indexes thoroughly, hence, passing and implementing this law can help a lot to reinforce happiness indexes in Iran.
