Abstract :
    Period that we live with all the claims and discoveries and innovations still suffer from our disabilities to manage our problems and consequences of our work. countries and ethnic matched material and national income statistics are in the top category, but still psychological problems that gripped people and environmental problems elsewhere and pollution is so severe that breathing is difficult for people, food crisis and poverty, where oppression is another problem. But the purpose of this library research methodology article is that how the ancient Iranians with many Countries under their government mange land, water and agricultural system ahead of ancient time technology. and they form a series of precise astronomy and scientific equations and advanced techniques available to agricultural and social development training and a series of laws that could went on welfare and prosperity for their people and even other countries to bring a gift to the world, work that demands great world and unwanted it had acknowledged. Archeological research has proven that Iran is involved in agriculture older than Egypt and neighboring countries has been discovered in Susa point back to Iran on agriculture for more than six thousand years estimates.
