Abstract :
The mass of the building being planned controls seismic outline notwithstanding the building firmness, in light of the fact that tremor instigates latency constrains that are relative to the building mass. It is the whole of its seismic masses at distinctive floor levels. In prefabricated buildings seismic mass at every floor level is equivalent to full dead load in addition to fitting portion of live load. Due to the various way of assembling strategies found in precast industry, three different levels of mechanization will be investigated. These three levels have been embraced. These methods have broad automation in regards to material taking care of frameworks and machining capacities. Obliging just a small amount of the quantity of specialists as a manual operation. The main reasons lying underneath the utilization of prefabricated construction can be counted as: -lessening of construction period, -enhanced quality-control of part creation in the manufacturing plant environment, -expanded rate of production and economy contrasted with ordinary techniques. As a result, in designing prefabricated buildings, strength stage is an important part and architects might consider some facts for designing prefabricated buildings especially in regions with the high seismic risk.ندا
