Abstract :
    Terrorism as a global security challenges blocking the realization of international security today, one expressed that deserves immediate and appropriate response by governments to combat it. Today, however, the threat of terrorism has turned into an international threat and fear exists that by expanding it endangered peace and international security. an exquisite contemporary jurists are so close to the attitude indicator in this article analyzes the concept of terrorism, which deals with the same subject.
