Abstract :
    Review and evaluation of strategic and operational development of economic and tourism industry in the city of Sari Abstract Tourism, economic activity is due to its nature and specific characteristics, good chances to enter international trade land region, regardless of level, have delivered the Tvsh¬Yaftgy countries. It s important to understand the cause of this economic activity (which is basically the nature of the service) to be remembered as the industry and the oil industry Vkhvdrv be recognized as the third largest industry in the world. Tourists are becoming one of the main pillars of the world trade economy. In addition, many planners and policy makers in the development of tourism as the main pillar of sustainable development are (ROKNEDDIN honor and Mahdavi, 1384) .tvsh tourism in a region that has many positive effects on social and economic environment, including the ability to create jobs, increase revenue, profits from production and supply of agricultural and livestock products to tourists, the reduction of attracting migrates area, improve the general level of literacy, health and well-being will have a significant impact. Tourism would also review the development of native culture, trying to keep it alive, keep the tradition of symbolic, restoration and attention to historical and cultural sites, turning again to produce handicrafts and so on. This research is an applied research and the nature of the cross - is, after the data is collected using questionnaires completed using SPSS software and T-test one sample to analyze the relationships between variables and the model swot.
