Abstract :
    The research in order to discover the factors that affect the willingness of people to open spaces and spaces in residential complexes Garden City. The tendency of people to the Garden City spaces have different dimensions according to the tendency of people involved in the production model garden city in preparation is essential. For this purpose, two-dimensional space and function as effective criteria to measure people s willingness appointed Shd.jht assess this neighborhood Atlantic Mahshahr (with the Garden City) and residential complex engineering system Mahshahr (with outdoor structure) has been chosen and the questionnaire they were given. This study was a cross-sectional. Also, some of the required data using survey questionnaires were collected using is. The results of this study emphasize the importance of evaluating the performance characteristics of the locations in Garden City emphasized consent of the residents.
