Abstract :
The purpose of current research was to study the prevalence of depression in
employed and unemployed women . This study is a survey. The statistical population was included women in the age group 15- 50 years in Ardabil province that they were voluntary selected. The instruments of research were Bech depression Inventory and demographic data questionnaire .statistical data used kruskal- wallis and Mann- whitney yu and ANOVA and spearman correlation coefficients were analyzed. The results showed that differences between the education and employment of significant depression in 000/. = p but there isn t any significant difference in prevalencing depression among married or single ones with different ages.
