Abstract :
    Consideration the role of ethic and ethical values in different aspects of life always exist in human history.This focus on the role of morality higher than that for human nature to divine and human values and is an undeniable trend.Islamic work ethic was one of the concepts that have been studied in recent years many research.In this study, it is assumed that people who have high achievement motivation values emphasized in Islamic work ethic are more concerned.Therefore, this article attempts to examine the relationship between these two concepts. Research data through questionnaires and 244 teachers from the city schools was gathered Branch.To test the hypothesis, the Spearman rank correlation test was used to assess correlation. The causal relationship between variables, regression was used. The findings suggest that the motivation and work ethic of the six dimensions there is a significant positive relationship.
