Abstract :
The Performance assessment during the time is important for managers. A balanced score card (BSC) is a powerful qualitative tool along with strategic goals, and a data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a powerful quantitative tool, for performance assessment. In the BSC model, performance is assessed by the key performance indicator (KPI). By integrating these two performance assessment models, we can use the strengths point and overcome the weaknesses of them. By considering the cause-and-effect network relation of perspectives of the BSC model and time factor, the use of network dynamic DEA model for performance assessment is essential. In this paper, dynamic network slacks-based measure (DNSBM) model due to integrating the dynamism and network in the DEA model is used for efficiency measuring of nine subsidiary refineries of the National Iranian Oil Refining & Distribution Company (NIORDC) as decision making units (DMUs).
