Abstract :
Increasing population of cities and changes in life towards industrialization, diminishing attention to collective life and eventually degrading the quality of human life; therefore, meeting the basic needs and more importantly them, the spiritual needs of people in the urban environment are important issues in The world is contemporary. Existence of qualities and environmental qualities for understanding and receiving space and, consequently, the presence and presence of people in urban spaces, make the viewing and seeing at a low level and at a level beyond social interaction. In fact, the focus is on environmental qualities that increase the response rate and consequently the efficiency and vitality of urban spaces, the sustainability of urban life and the strengthening of social capital. This research aims to investigate the response of urban neighborhoods, focusing on the Mid-Oudlajan neighborhood. Using descriptive-analytic method, information gathered from the study of library resources and distribution of the questionnaire among 40 people in the neighborhood, we will offer suggestions and conclusions.
