Study the round deviation and progression rate in aluminum 7075 flow forming process

Abstract :
Tube flow forming process is one of new and economic processes to produce seamless tubes with precision tolerance ,high smooth and proper mechanical properties. In this process, important factors include charge speed and cutting speed are effective parameters on quality of product surface. This research has tried to study the effect of not rounding error on three sections of each sample in terms of geometric tolerance and their mean was determined as not rounding error. Also, incremental sample size was compared in three measurement passes with experimental and software samples.
