Abstract :
Pedestrianization has a fundamental importance in understanding space identification, the feeling of belonging to the environment, and receiving the environmental qualities. On the other hand, the movement of pedestrian in a space results in improving the social interactions in that space. Therefore, the current study aims to investigate the role of pedestrianization in citizenship rights and the health of the society by studying the identified rules and regulations of urban designing and architecture, and the concept that a citizen plays relevantly. In this study, we first investigate citizenship rights as a major branch of public rights, and one of the requirements of the modern world, and then analyze the approaches to achieve a comfortable life for all levels of the society.
