Abstract :
New product development is one of the most important processes is the best design for a product or system based on qualitative criteria, economic and operational been selected. Compare and choose the optimal plan among several plans based on different criteria and methods of decision-making. Compare and choose the optimal design of alternative schemes based on various criteria and the method of decision-making. The two set to design a power supply system for recovery boilers used in combination with the three criteria were compared: reliability, the cost of purchase and the cost of the system shutdown, during its use. The reliability of the system is investigated for half load and full load operation times. Given the uncertainty in the estimation of some data, fuzzy hierarchical analysis methods used for this purpose where the two configuration alternatives are compared.
