Abstract :
In this article, we are going to look at the Harp technology, which is available to the world as a state-of-the-art weapon. The risks and damage of the Harp project are enormous because, with the advancement of technology, countries gain new and advanced weapons every day, the use of this weapon causes drought, earthquakes, severe snow and rain, extreme cold and flood and thunderstorms. And heavy electricity. Harp is a research project initially designed to investigate the radiofrequency ionosphere layer (ELF / ULF / VLF). But in fact, the Star Wars warfare project is being built to complete a new weapon. The ionosphere layer is located on the highest layer of the atmosphere. This ultra-violet radiation layer and X-ray absorb the sun and prevent a roof from entering the earth to allow life on Earth. Also, due to the electrical environment in the ionosphere, this layer is used to reflect radio waves around the earth. If this layer is interrupted for any reason, it will have a lot of effect on the floor and will disrupt life. The Harp system is designed to have a direct impact on the ionosphere. Examples of these effects are red and the melting or particle size can be mentioned. The system is currently based on a special set of antennas (180 altogether towers 50/23 meters high) mounted on a vast land area of 23,000 square meters in Alaska. These antennas produce ultra-short wave ELF / ULF / VLF and launch into ionosphere. The project was first tested in Alaska, causing a lot of damage.
