Abstract :
Shear wall is designed to withstand the combined effect of pivotal effort, bending and shear stress due to vertical load and earthquake load. Shear walls usually bear the largest share of the cutting power, which results in a significant increase in the stiffness of the building and a significant reduction in the damage to non-slip elements. Structural walls with a high ratio are called flexural walls because their dominant behavior in flexural fashion The walls with lower down ratios are called obtuse or short walls. It is possible that the short walls suffer early shear failure, which in turn reduces their shape, which is why shear failure is often considered undesirable . If the wall action is in shear fashion, a simple section can be an operator. The design of longitudinal bending walls, such as the design of beams, takes place. In this paper, analyzes for circular popups with percentages of 5 and 10 percent have been investigated. In this study, it can be seen that the structure in question can have sufficient stability and rigidity against the Bam earthquake acceleration spectrum, which can be said to have sufficient maintainance structure against the logical load.
