Abstract :
Today, concrete reinforced structures due to good seismic performance are developing in the world. That s why recent studies have tried to do so the seismic behavior of the concrete Structures to be better than before. One of the factors that increase the Seismic behavior of concrete structures is the existence of shear walls. These shear walls can be with symmetrical and asymmetric casement, that these structures have a significant role in the seismic performance of reinforced concrete structures. Therefore, this paper, a comparison between the seismic performance of reinforced concrete tall structures with shear walls along with symmetric casement and asymmetric is provided. The results of this article demonstrated that reinforced concrete tall structures that have the shear wall with symmetric casement have better seismic performance than concrete structures with asymmetric casement.
