Abstract :
In recent articles, the seismic performance of concrete structures has been investigated this issue because that is concrete structures seismic performance have relatively good. This seismic performance of concrete structures can depend on the existence of a shear wall. Recent studies have shown that the existence of a shear wall in these concrete structures will make increase their seismic performance significantly than before. But the point that has not been considered in most articles, the effect existence casement in the shear wall on seismic performance of concrete structures. For this reason, in this paper, a comparison between the seismic performance of concrete tall structures with shear walls with casement and without is presented. The results of this article demonstrated that concrete structures with the shear wall without casement from the aspect of displacement have better seismic performance compare to concrete structures with the shear wall along with casement.
