Abstract :
he use of gold nanoparticles is expanding in medicine due to its special physical and chemical properties. Therefore, in this review article, an attempt was made to collect and review the research conducted in the last decade in the field of diagnosis. It was investigated using gold nanoparticles. Accordingly, 37 related cases were selected and studied. The selection of resources is based on the relevance of the topic, the year of research, the non-repetition, and the comprehensiveness of the resources and content. Studies have shown that scientists are more satisfied with the use of gold nanoparticles due to their selective delivery capability, ease of access to nanoscale dimensions and their low toxicity, which allows scientists to detect cancer in the early stages with less time. Using various biological agents, they become bioactive and, after entering the body and transferring to the target area, are detected and traced with the help of microscopes. These changes convert small particles into recognizable particles, increasing contrast and making it easier to identify or display. The high density of electrons in gold nanoparticles makes images clearer.
