Abstract :
Abstract Background and Introduction: In addition to increasing the strength and performance of athletes, their regular participation in these activities increases several other health factors such as increasing bone strength, weight control and reducing cardiovascular risk. Researchers in the field of sports science are now discovering many applications. They are ballistic medicine balls that can be achieved by inserting medicine ball balls in people s lives. Training to perform training movements with Medic in Ball balls allows the general public to strengthen their body by performing dynamic movements that require balance and coordination. Methods: in our society, due to chronic laziness, which has emerged in all developed and developing countries, there is an urgent need for appropriate tools for sports. In some exercises that require weight training for preparation or bodybuilding. It is not possible to do it for various reasons. In this case, it is recommended to work with Medicine Ball, which, due to its softness and spherical shape, makes it possible to perform all exercises. Medic in Ball Beta can be used on land and water together. Therefore, Tannin Peak Sablan Company, the largest producer of sports balls in the country, in a research project and using the local knowledge of its production experts, produces a new generation of medicine balls. It has rubber wings, which are both reasonably priced and of superior quality to domestic and foreign models.
