Abstract :
Drying fruits and vegetables is one of the ways to prevent their microbial spoilage. This method reduces the possibility of microbial spoilage by reducing moisture content and speeds up other harmful reactions significantly. Drying, while having a protective effect on the product, significantly reduces its weight and volume, thereby reducing shipping and storage costs. Nowadays, dryers are used in the industry for drying crops that do not dry the product in suitable way, so part of the inputs to the dryers are burnt and other parts still have moisture. Therefore, in this study, we try to solve the mentioned problems by understand the product moisture properties and then with computational fluid dynamics modeling we try to find uniform temperature distribution and construct the prototype.
