Abstract
An intelligent building is a building that encompasses a dynamic and cost-effective environment by integrating the four key elements of systems, structure, services, management and the relationship between them. In other words, intelligent building is a building in which all of its interior components interact with one another to create an environmentally friendly logic. Smart homes provide many useful services to their residents, such as lighting, heating and cooling, air conditioning, physical security, health and many more with minimal cost and minimal detrimental impact on the environment and lifestyle. Residents are provided. An intelligent device or intelligent system is programmed by a microprocessor to perform predetermined tasks and communicate with external systems via the data network. Smart is used to describe a combination of equipment and systems, along with software that is capable of interpreting and communicating between a set of equipment and systems. Smart homes can be considered as massive systems. These systems, like the vast Internet network, connect computer networks to other very large networks. In an intelligent building, systems assembly is used to reduce its operating cost. This article discusses smart buildings and their properties and benefits.
