Abstract :
In this study, a simple yet sensitive method for measuring phenylephrine based on NiCuFe2O4 paste ion and ionic liquid carbon electrode has been reported. This modified electrode is abbreviated as (NiCuFe2O4 / IL / CPE). The electrochemical behavior of phenylephrine on the modified electrode has been investigated by various techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and electrochemical impedance. It should be noted that the modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic properties compared to phenylephrine and showed an index oxidation peak at 0.3 v relative to the reference AgCl/Ag electrode. The proposed method is successfully used to measure phenylephrine in biological samples
