Abstract :
Urban spaces are one of the most prominent areas of manifestation of identity, culture and civilization of urban society and in addition to being the manifestation of the relationship between human beings and space, it is also politically, economically and socially valuable. In the meantime, pedestrian spaces are one of the most important urban spaces and public areas in cities. With less interaction and less presence of people in these urban spaces, vitality and vitality in these spaces significantly decreased. In the past, pedestrianization played an important role in our cities; Gradually, however, the object was forgotten, and the greatest concern of the cities was the creation of passages for the passage of horses and private cars. Currently, Eram Boulevard is one of the main streets of the city and Eram Garden is also located in this area; this street, with its residential, office, recreational uses, has the ability to create a sidewalk. And this issue can promote vitality and vitality in Eram Street.
