Abstract :
Consumers are increasingly aware of the impact of their food choices on the environment, animal welfare and health, leading many to adopt more plant-based diets. For this reason, many food industry sectors are changing their product formulations to include more plant-based ingredients. This article examines the recent research on the formation and application of these materials in the form of ethylene acting nano.
