Abstract :
Research is one of the important axes in the guarantee of progress and sustainable ‎development in every country. Human knowledge will not increase if research is not ‎done. in todays world, societies that value national independence and the development ‎goals of their society have made research their first priority in their strategic planning and ‎scientific policies.Research also needs training, because research is actually atechnique ‎and has various methods that can only be learned and applied through training. ‎Unfortunately, the culture of research in various educational and cultural sectors has not ‎yet been strengthened so that it can be used for the development and progress of the ‎country. Scientific and research culture is in the struggle of influence and effectiveness ‎of the general culture of the society and many of its energies, resources and ‎opportunities are spent on reducing the unwanted and undesirable effects of the general ‎culture on the boundaries of the research culture therefore, in order to develop the ‎research culture, it is necessary to revise the research concepts in the general culture of ‎the society. The research methods is a description of the type of document analysis, ‎wich by analyzing and examining the documents of reliable sources, finding related to ‎the subject are extracted and used. In line with the aim of the research two main ‎guestions were askedâ€.â€â€Ž The results of the research showed that the challenges in the field ‎of research, education and education have very wide scope. It in cludes discussion about ‎the establishment of educational research institutes, education andtraining of educational ‎researchers, attention to investment in research, and discussion about the process of ‎scientific – research support for executive programs of education and the application of ‎research findings.‎
