Abstract :
Since the phenomenon of climate change and its impact on water resources is very important, it is necessary to seriously evaluate the effects and consequences of this phenomenon on water resources and solutions must be provided to adapt to this. An important source of water supply is surface runoff, which is caused by rain, melting of natural glaciers, etc. Today, due to the global phenomenon of climate change, we are facing a larger and unpredictable volume of it. If we do not manage these water supply sources properly, we will not only waste them, but we will also face dangerous effects such as floods and the transmission of various pollutants through them. In this article, we investigated the effects of surface runoff as well as the impact of climate change on this phenomenon and how to manage it for optimal use.
