Abstract :
Despite the vast advances in oral hygiene education, the treatment of dental caries is an integral part of everyday dentistry. One of the most effortless and convenient treatments and beautification of teeth is done by composite. For people who intend to do composite or those who are thinking of doing it but are confused due to ignorance, it is necessary to know its advantages and disadvantages so that they can act faster in decision making. Because not having enough information in this matter can cause complications and important problems in their health. In this article, the problems and risks of dental composite are discussed and solutions to prevent related damage are provided. In this research, the FMEA failure mode analysis method was used to examine and analyze the risks of dental composites. The obtained results can lead to better guidance of the medical team and better treatment of the patient.
