Abstract :
From the perspective of the research, the factors affecting the quality of working life of women are, in most cases, different from those that affect the quality of working life of men, and the cause of this difference is related to gender (male / female). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the quality of life of female employees and the factors affecting these components. In this research, by conducting semi-structured interviews, among the 24 female employees which are employed in Civil, Water service company in Kish Island and its analysis with thematic analysis, nine effective factors have been identified for improving the quality of their working life. These factors are followed by the quality of the work environment, communication in the organization, human dignity, the provision of family-cored facilities and policies, career factors, attention to organizational factors, the elimination of organizational problems, the groundwork for the development of employees and the progress of the organization. Special attention to the mental health of employed women, their well-being, fun and joyful events, sports classes, consultations with recreation and tourism sites to discount employees, organizing sports events for women, solving insurance problems Employees and ... are among the factors that the organization can do to provide health and welfare of employees.
