چکیده :
Today, the use of growth-promoting antibiotics has been limited due to the possibility of bacterial resistance and also transmission through manufactured products to consumers. Medicinal plants with antimicrobial effects as well as reducing serum lipids have been proposed as suitable alternatives to antibiotics. Since 2006, when the law prohibiting the use of antibiotics as feed additives in poultry feed was established in the European Union, the use of plant derivatives such as essential oils has expanded. This article examines two medicinal plants, lavender and chicory, and while stating the active ingredients of these two plants, their effects on performance, intestinal morphology, blood parameters, meat, etc. have been investigated in broiler chickens. .
