Abstract :
Cultural harms in schools act as a hindrance in regard to the development of culture, science, ethics, and also the transference of culture. Therefore, an analysis of the culture existing in school seems essential, especially in high school, while we should take different dimensions into account, beside that it should be based on external and internal factors. The aim of this study is to investigate the level of schools’ adaptation in South Khorasan province with learning culture components in high schools. The statistical population includes 6825 teachers, of which 360 teachers were randomly selected using Cochran formula. Descriptive research method is from a survey kind. Data is collected by utilizing school learning culture questionnaire with components including intrinsic motivation to learn, concern and assistance, personal expectations in regard to teachers’ ability, and external motivation for learning and excellence in the teachings of Moghimi and Ramazan (2015). In the descriptive statistics section, frequency, percentage, valid percentage, cumulative percentage, tables and graphs, and in the inferential statistics section we used one-sample t-test, degrees of freedom, significance level, mean difference and 95% confidence interval. The results showed that the adaptation of schools in the province to the components of learning culture at a significant level of p = 0 is significant .That is, all components of learning culture in schools in South Khorasan province are at an ideal level. In general, it can be concluded that the existence of learning culture components in school teachers in South Khorasan Province is the founder of positive characteristics that establish the structure of learning formation and academic achievement in schools and entry The students of this province to the top universities show this.
