Abstract :
The Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) is a type of wireless sensor network. WBAN is a special wireless sensor network that uses wireless sensor nodes to measure biological parameters of the body within range of the body, enabling remote monitoring of its health status. There are two types: wearable and implantable. These systems monitor physical activity, such as environmental parameters. By providing services such as medical monitoring, providing health and medical information, improving people s memory, controlling home appliances, and communicating in emergency situations, these systems can be of great help to people. Wireless technology consisting of small intelligent devices that, through connection with the body and continuous self-monitoring, can improve the early detection of emergencies in high-risk patients and provide a wide range of health services, which is therefore of great importance. The main challenges in wireless sensor networks are resource constraints, reliability and quality of service, security and routing, and power constraints. Coordination nodes are to transmit data from sensor nodes to the appropriate targets via mobile phone. Also, some communication networks must be used as gateways to transmit data to remote locations. This study proposes fuzzy gate selection for WBAN in critical cases. The received signal strength index (RSSI), the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and the throughput parameters, which indicate the quality of the wireless link, are offered as inputs to the fuzzy system. we re also improving packet length, optimize power consumption, minimize latency and increase throughput of this work s targets, thereby extending network lifespan.
