Abstract :
In this article, detailed relationships are presented to consider increased soil stiffness under foundation corners. These relationships with the help of three-dimensional modeling of eight footings with different widths placed on the soil environment have been obtained. During an earthquake, the behavior of the soil under the foundation plays an important role in the response He plays instruments. Studies show that the dynamic response spectrum of the structure on the flexible foundation is different from the response spectrum of the same structure It is on a solid foundation. Therefore, there is a need for accurate modeling of the soil environment for engineering applications. Different methods in technical literature It exists for modeling soil-structure interaction. These models generally use a constant value to model soil stiffness. This article presents simplified relationships that can be difficult Calculated non-uniformity of the soil under the footing.
