Abstract :
Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a powerful tool in various industries, including human resources management (HRM). This paper explores the role of AI in ethical decision making within HRM. It discusses the benefits of AI, such as improved objectivity, enhanced efficiency, consistent policy application, and reduced human error. However, it also highlights the challenges associated with AI, including data bias, lack of transparency, ethical dilemmas, and the need for human oversight. To mitigate these concerns, organizations can implement ethical frameworks, ensure robust data governance, promote explainable AI, and engage in continuous monitoring and evaluation. By considering ethical implications, organizations can harness the potential of AI while maintaining ethical standards in HRM decision making.
