Abstract :
After introducing the industrial context, in this paper, a spectral modeling method of conducted EMC disturbances produced by DC motors at low frequencies is developed. A method that demonstrates the feasibility of the introduced theoretical approach is explained in detail. The test bench displacement processes used to measure these disturbances are described. Then, the results of the verification of the apparent approach that allows to obtain the circuit models containing the various elements that make up the considered motors are also presented. We show that this approach allows us to mathematically model schematic diagrams that reproduce the brush-collector contact mechanism and sources of EMC disturbances. The developed models were experimentally verified by considering the variations of different parameters (speed and power supply) that characterize the tested DC motor. It was shown that a good agreement was observed between the motion behaviors and the proposed models. The investigated model is particularly useful for performing EMC analysis that disturbs the performance of embedded power electronic systems.
