Abstract :
Abstract Projects can be designed both in the design phase and in the implementation phase from the point of view of the time and cost of optimizing the golden time for Studies of this engineering are in the preliminary phase of the project, but in some projects this method is being developed at the construction stage. The systematic activities that result in the growth of the value of a product or service, as well as cost reductions, are referred to as value engineering. Value engineering in various applications has different definitions that are referred to below to some of them. Value engineering is not just a cost-cutting option but a way of maximizing the value of each project, because in some cases, it s easy to operate and reduce costs at the expense of increasing the cost of studying design and construction.
